Thank you for visiting my website! My mission at The Tima Collection is to create unique, beautiful and good quality jewelry for healing, protection, inspiration and assistance in times of transition and transformation. Below are general guides... I'm willing to work with you for personal arrangements and requests. To read customer reviews, please visit my Etsy shop.

 

PAYMENT METHODS:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, personal cheques or money orders as payment for your transactions. You do not need an account to pay using PayPal, and can use their services as a guest, making payment with a credit card or debit card.

If you would like to pay using personal cheques/money orders, please note that your purchase will not be shipped until that payment is received.

Please contact us if you are having any trouble with your order and we can make other arrangements.



LEAD TIME:
The majority of our shop items are 'made to order.' Generally it takes 1-3 days to make before shipping. More complex designs and customized orders may take longer- we will let you know. Wholesale orders will take up to 2 weeks before shipping.

 

SHIPPING:

We use Canada Post. Standard shipping rates without a tracking number generally takes up to 14 days in Canada, up to 30 days to the USA. International shipping may take longer.

We have shipped internationally and have had no issues with lost or missing mail items. If you require your purchase by a certain date, please send us a message along with your purchase as shipping rates may cost more.

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

If you would like to cancel your purchase, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible before we ship it out. If your order has already been sent, upon its arrival please send us an e-mail explanation and return the product(s) in their original packaging, for a full refund excluding shipping. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing

If your purchase arrives in poor condition or is otherwise damaged in the mail please send us a photograph before sending it back to us so that we may file a claim with Canada Post.

We will refund your item within 10 days of delivery date.

Please double check all of your mailing information before placing the order. We will ship to the mailing address given during checkout.

 

PACKAGING:
We like to use recycled packaging as much as possible, and most items are delivered in small padded envelops so as to fit all sized mail boxes and slots.

If you would like your item to be sent as a gift, we can send it in a black gift box. Please let us know as shipping will be a bit extra, depending upon where it is being sent.


CUSTOM ORDERS:
Custom orders are always welcome! I love creating original items for my clients. If you'd like something made for you, please send me an e-mail with a description and/or a photograph of what you have in mind, and I will respond with quote(s) and ideas.

If you are interested in the properties of Gemstones, I can create something personal in regards to the qualities you need: Jasper for grounding, Shells for soothing energies... the possibilities are endless.

If you are interested in penny jewelry, please note that custom dates may take longer to find, especially for any coins dated before the 1960s.


WHOLESALE/CONSIGNMENT:
I have wholesale and consignment clients across Canada. If you are interested in placing an order, please contact me for further details. I can send you a PDF catalog (large file), and/or give you the password to our wholesale section of the website. Please note that not every jewelry item shown will be available for wholesale and consignment purchasing.
